The interest-based approach to negotiation: defining the agenda, moving past impasse and building relationships

Deputy President Anna Booth will draw upon the interest-based approach to negotiation and problem solving that is central to the Commission’s Cooperative Workplaces Program. She will present processes and techniques that can be used in everyday negotiation. The session will address some of the choices negotiators make at critical junctures in any negotiation. 

The session will be interactive and participants will be invited to practice some of the most useful interest-based processes.

This is a free event open to members and non-members but registration is required:
